Marilyn Burlenski, RN, BSN a Principal of Senior Care Planners LLC, has been a key proponent of facilitating improvement of health care for individuals and organizations for over thirty years. Marilyn has been a Medicare Hearing Officer as well as an associate clinical professor at Yale University School of Nursing. She has also served as a visiting nurse, a Hospital Director, a consultant with accounting and consulting firms, and president of a nursing home alliance. This wide-ranging work experience has provided her with a vast knowledge of the delivery processes of American health care. Utilizing her expertise, Marilyn is committed to working with individuals and organizations to assist in achieving and maintaining their best quality of life.

Kathy Reilly, RN, MS, a principal of Senior Care Planners LLC, is an experienced patient advocate who works with elders and their families or care givers to ensure that they can sustain independence and optimal health. Kathy has worked as a case manager in hospitals and in nursing homes. Kathy’s home health experience spans not only care of the sick but hospice care as well. Her experience, in many settings throughout the healthcare system, has fostered a keen insight into identifying how best to meet the needs of her clients. Aside from the services provided, Kathy makes sure that the coverage and reimbursement for that care is fully understood. Kathy works well with other experts who impact the lives of her clients and the outcomes of their care. As a seasoned professional, she is committed to ensuring that the best plan is in place and the resources are there to support the plan.
